Changes in the movie theatre industry are
occurring rapidly. Exhibitors are seeking to expand their
operations through the acquisition of existing theatres,
upgrading their facilities or finding prime locations to
construct new state-of-the- art megaplex complexes.
Likewise, some exhibitors seek to sell off older and less
profitable locations and shopping center developers often
are seeking new exhibitors to fill an existing vacancy,
build new or convert existing box stores.
National Theatre Acquisition Co., LLC can provide valuable
real estate brokerage services in concert with local
licensed brokers when required to assist in acquisitions,
sales and leasing.
